PUBLIC COMMENT IS IN PERSON ONLY
Residents, parents/guardians, staff and students who wish to address the Denver Public Schools Board of Education during a public meeting may sign up online. The form is available on the agenda for public comment. Sign up is available online at 9:00 a.m. the Monday before the scheduled Public Comment & Progress Monitoring meeting.
Public Comment will be limited to 2 hours in total and allow 30 minutes maximum per topic. The Public Comment form will be closed once the 2 hour limit is reached. There will no longer be group sign-ups. Three minutes will be allotted to individual speakers. Individuals may sign up only once to address the Board. Substitutes are not allowed; only the person who signed up to speak may address the Board. The names of speakers MUST appear on the final public comment list in order to address the Board.
A finalized list of speakers will be posted to the Public Comment agenda the day of the Public Comment & Progress Monitoring Meeting. Please check there to see if your name is on the list to speak. If your name is on the list you will also receive an email the day of Public Comment with logistical details.
