- Administrative Contracts (IV-A-1b) – Contract template language for licensed and classified administrators is presented for the Board’s approval.

- Final Settlements (IV-A-2a) – The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Final Settlements for contracted services.
- Architect Selection (IV-A-2b) – The Board of Education will be asked to approve the architect selection for the Columbine Elementary School two-classroom Renovation Project.

- Resolution – Capital Construction Costs for Challenges, Choices, and Images Charter School (IV-B-1a) – This resolution states that Challenges, Choices, and Images has not established capital construction needs, a need to incur bonded indebtedness, or obtain revenues from a special mill levy to finance the capital construction, or a viable plan, and specifies the reasons for this determination.
- Resolution – Capital Construction Costs for P.S. 1 Charter School (IV-B-1b) – This resolution states that P.S. 1 Charter School has not established capital construction needs, a need to incur bonded indebtedness, or obtain revenues from a special mill levy to finance the capital construction, or a viable plan, and specifies the reasons for this determination.
- Naming of the First School at Stapleton (IV-B-1c) – The Stapleton School Ad Hoc Committee has provided three names, in order of preference, as recommendations for the new school at Stapleton.

- a. IDEA Part B (IV-C-1a) This grant provides supplemental services for students with suspected and identified disabilities as well as to supplement capabilities of the Office of Special Education, Grant Total: $12,331.536.
- b. IDEA Preschool (IV-C-1b) This grant provides a continuum of services in the district for students with disabilities, ages 3-5. Grant Total: $399,665.
