2. Motion to Approve Amalgamated Transit Union Tentative Agreement (IV-B-1b) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Tentative Agreement between Denver Public Schools and the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU).

1. Construction Advisory Committee Final Report (IV-B-2a) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the construction Advisory Committee's Final Report for the Career Education Center Addition project.

1. Statement of Revenue Allocations, Appropriations, Commitments, and Expenditures for the Period July 1, 2003, to April 30, 2004 (VI-A-1a) - The Board of Education will receive a status report of year-to-date revenues, expenditures, and inter-fund transfers for each fund as compared to the current-year budget and as compared to the year-to-date totals for the prior year.
2. Receipt of 2004-2005 Proposed Budget (VI-A-1b) - The Board of Education will receive the Superintendent's Proposed Budget, for the 2004-2005 school year, prior to the June 1, 2004, statutory deadline. The 2004-2005 Proposed Financial Resources Management Plan document will be on the District's web site on May 20, 2004, at budgetandfinance.dpsk12.org.

1. Expelled Students Report (VI-B-1) - The Board of Education will review a report on the students who have been expelled during the past month.
