- Motion to Appoint External Auditors (IV-A-2a) - The Board of Education will be asked to appoint the external auditors for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, with the option for four subsequent fiscal years.
- Motion to Approve Purchase of Diesel, Unleaded and BIO-diesel Fuel from Gray Oil, Inc., based on the City and County of Denver's Award of their Bid #FUEL-0568a (IV-A-2b) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the purchase of diesel, unleaded and BIO-diesel fuel from Gray Oil, Inc., per the stated bid. The solicitation has cooperative language that allows members of the Cooperative Educational Purchasing Council, of which the District is a member, the opportunity to piggyback on the award.
- Motion to Approve the Construction Contract for the Abraham Lincoln High School Site Improvement Project (IV-A-2c) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the Abraham Lincoln High School site improvement project.
- Motion to Approve the Construction Contract for the Renovation Project at Maxwell and Valdez Elementary Schools, Cole and Place Middle Schools, and George Washington and Montbello High Schools (IV-A-2d) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the renovation project at Maxwell and Valdez Elementary Schools, Cole and Place Middle Schools, and George Washington and Montbello High Schools.
- Motion to Approve the Construction Contract for the Cheltenham Elementary School and West High School Boiler Repair Project (IV-A-2e) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the Cheltenham Elementary School and West High School boiler repair project.
- Motion to Approve the Construction Contract for the Cole Middle School and East High School Renovation Project (IV-A-2f) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the Cole Middle School and East High School Renovation project.
- Motion to Approve the Use of Additional Contingency Funds for the Hilltop Transportation Building Renovation Project (IV-A-2g) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Use of Additional Contingency Funds for the Hilltop Transportation Building renovation project.

- Proposal to Change Del Pueblo Elementary School to an ECE-8 School (IV-C-1) - The Board of Education will act on the staff recommendation to change Del Pueblo Elementary School from a school serving grades ECE-5 to a school serving grades ECE-8.
- Proposal Recommending Sixth Grade at Swansea Elementary School (IV-C-2) - The Board of Education will act on the staff recommendation that Swansea Elementary School be allowed to serve students in grade six beginning with the 2005-2006 school year.
- Proposal to Adopt New High School Textbooks for U.S. History, Biology, Algebra I and II, and Geometry I and II (IV-C-3) - The Board of Education will act on the staff recommendation to adopt new textbooks for the above subject areas.
- Motion to Approve the School Improvement Plans for Unsatisfactory-Rated Schools Smith Elementary School and P.S. 1 Charter School (IV-C-4) - The Board of Education will act to approve the School Improvement Plans for Smith Elementary School and P.S. 1 Charter School, schools rated unsatisfactory, which will be operating under these plans during the 2005-2006 school year, pursuant to CRS 22-6-609. The Superintendent is directed to advise the Commissioner of Education and the State Board of Education that no plan will be submitted for two other District schools: Gove Middle School, which the Board of Education has closed effective at the end of the 2004-2005 school year, and Mitchell Elementary School, which the District will be redesigning effective during the 2005-2006 school year.

- Statement of Revenue Allocations, Appropriations, Commitments and Expenditures for the Period July 1, 2004, to February 28, 2005 (VI-A-1) - The Board of Education will provide a status report of year-to-date revenues, expenditures and inter-fund transfers for each fund as compared to the current year budget and as compared to the year-to date totals for the prior year.
- 2005-2006 Preliminary Budget (VI-A-2) - The Board of Education will identify the portion of 2005-2006 projected revenues that is from the state for purposes of implementing Board of Education Policy DAB Contingency Reserve.

- Recommendation on the Future of Randolph Middle School (VI-B-1) - The Board of Education will receive the staff recommendation on the future of Randolph Middle School (Board of Education is recommended on April 7, 2005.)
- Update on the Redesign of Martin Luther King Middle School - The Board of Education will receive a staff update on the revitalization of Martin Luther King Middle School.
- Motion to Approve Lease of Cole Middle School Building to Community College of Denver (VI-B-3) - The Board of Education will receive the motion to approve the lease of the first floor of the Cole Middle School building to the Community College of Denver (Board of Education action is recommended on April 21, 2005.)
