- Motion to Adopt Resolution-Supplemental Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2005, and Ending June 30, 2006 [pdf] - The Board of Education will be asked to adopt the resolution which identifies the specific adjustments to the revenues and expenditures of all funds.
- Motion to Adopt Resolution-Authorizing the use of the Beginning Fund Balance During the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2005, and Ending June 30, 2006 [pdf] - The Board of Education will be asked to adopt the resolution which in accordance with SB 03-149, authorizes the expenditure of the beginning fund balance of specified funds as anticipated in the supplemental budget, states the purpose for which the expenditure is made and states the District's plan to ensure the use of beginning fund balance will not lead to an ongoing deficit.
