1. Motion to approve the Personnel Transaction Report (IV-B-1a) - This report contains information regarding employee activity such as appointments, resignations, and transfers.
2. Motion to approve Teacher Compensation Plan (IV-B-1b) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Teacher Compensation Plan.

2. Facility Management

1. Motion to Approve Construction Contract (IV-B-2a) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the Centennial Elementary School four-classroom addition and parking lot expansion project.
2. Motion to Approve General Obligation Bond and Project Management Firm Selection (IV-B-2b) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the General Obligation Bond Program and Project Management Firm.

3. Purchasing

1. Motion to Approve Contract with Qwest Corporation (IV-B-3a) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve a three-year contract with Qwest Corporation which will provide high-speed data, voice, and video communication lines to the following schools: Abraham Lincoln, East, George Washington, J. F. Kennedy, Manual, Montbello, South, Thomas Jefferson, West, and M. L. King Efficacy Academy.

3. Educational Services

1. Motion - Sixth Grade at Bradley Elementary School (IV-C-1) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the change of Bradley Elementary School from an ECE-6 to an ECE-5 school.

1. Administrative Services

1. Action on Arbitrator’s Report in the matter of DCTA Grievance #02-39 (VI-A-1) - The Board of Education will review and take action on the Arbitrator’s recommendation.

2. Educational Services

1. High School Transportation Report (VI-B-1) - The Board of Education will receive staff recommendation regarding possible procedural changes in the transportation plan at the high school level.
2. Future of Ebert Elementary School (VI-B-2) - The Board of Education will receive staff recommendation regarding the future of Ebert Elementary School.
3. Relocation of the Polaris Program at Crofton Elementary School (VI-B-3) - The Board of Education will receive staff recommendation regarding the relocation of the Polaris Program currently at Crofton Elementary School.
4. Art and Music Mill Levy Committee Report (VI-B-4) - The Board of Education will receive the Art and Music Mill Levy Committee Report and staff recommendations.
5. Bryant-Webster K-8 proposal (VI-B-5) - The Board of Education will receive the report and recommendations regarding conversion of Bryant-Webster to a K-8 school.
