        2. Motion to Approve Construction Contract the Thomas Jefferson High School Fire Sprinkler Project (IV-A-2b) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the Thomas Jefferson High School fire sprinkler project.

        5. Motion to Approve Construction Contract for the John F. Kennedy High School Boiler and Temperature Controls Project (IV-A-2e) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the John F. Kennedy High School boiler and temperature controls project.
        6. Motion to Approve Construction Contract for the Roof Replacement Project at Various Schools (IV-A-2f) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Construction Contract for the roof replacement project at four schools.
        7. Motion to Approve Bid #BD 1042 for Networking Switches to Qwest Communications (IV-A-2g) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the stated motion on the bid done to solicit proposals for networking switches at 24 E-Rate-eligible schools. The estimated contract value is $3,945,642.44.

        1. Motion to Approve the Personnel Transaction Report (IV-B-1a) - This report contains information regarding employee activity such as appointments, resignations, and transfers.
        2. Motion to Approve or Reject the Arbitrator's Report Regarding AAA Case No. 77 390 00269 04 (IV-B-1b) - The Board of Education will act on the recommendation from the arbitrator regarding the Denver Classroom Teachers Association/Literacy Coaches Arbitration.

      6. Proposal to Change Fairmont and Greenlee Elementary Schools to ECE-8 Schools (IV-C-6) - The Board of Education will act on the report recommending changing Fairmont and Greenlee from schools serving grades ECE-5 to schools serving grades ECE-8.
      7. Tuition Rates for Early Childhood Education, Extended-Day Kindergarten, and Montessori (IV-C-7) - The Board of Education will act on the report recommending tuition rates for 2005-2006, for the identified programs.
      8. Proposed Contract with KIPP Cole College Prep Charter School (IV-C-8) - The Board of Education will act on the proposed contract with the independent charter school, KIPP Cole College Prep Charter School.
      9. Resolution to Request Exclusive Authorizing Charter School Authority for the 2005-2006 School Year from the State Board of Education (IV-C-9) - The Board of Education will act on the resolution requesting Exclusive Authorizing Charter School Authority for the 2005-2006 School Year from the State Board of Education.

      1. Proposal to Change Del Pueblo Elementary School to an ECE-8 School (VI-B-1) - The Board of Education will receive a report recommending changing Del Pueblo Elementary School from a school serving grades ECE-5 to a school serving grades ECE-8. (Recommended for action on March 3, 2005)
      2. Proposal Recommending Sixth Grade at Swansea Elementary School (VI-B-2) - The Board of Education will receive a report recommending that Swansea Elementary School be allowed to serve students in grade six beginning with the 2005-2006 school year. (Recommended for action on March 17, 2005)
      3. Proposal to Adopt New High School Textbooks for U.S. History, Biology, Algebra I and II, and Geometry I and II (VI-B-3) - The Board of Education will receive a report recommending that new textbooks be adopted for the above subject areas. (Recommended for action on March 17, 2005)
