        3. Motion to Ratify the Agreement with the Association of Food Services Employees (IV-B-1c) - The Board of Education will be asked to ratify the agreement between the Association of Food Services Employees and Denver Public Schools.

        1. Motion to Approve Utility Easements at Schenck Elementary School (IV-B-2a) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the granting of Utility Easements at Schenck Elementary School.

      1. Motion to Approve Certification of Levy for 2004 (IV-C-1) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the 2004 mill levies for the general fund and bond redemption fund, which are required by statute to be certified to the City and County of Denver by no later than December 15, 2004.

      1. Resolution to Approve the Charter School Application for the Denver Peak Academy (IV-D-1) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Charter School Application for the Denver Peak Academy.
      2. Resolution to Deny the Charter School Application for the Academy Internacional (IV-D-2) - The Board of Education will be asked to deny the Charter School Application for the Academy Internacional.
      3. Resolution to Deny the Charter School Application for the 21st Century Charter School at Denver (IV-D-3) - The Board of Education will be asked to deny the Charter School Application for the 21st Century Charter School at Denver.

    2. Report Regarding New ECE-8 Schools - The Board of Education will receive a staff report recommending changing Gilpin, Mitchell, Whittier, Columbine, and Harrington from schools serving grades ECE-5 to serving grades ECE-8. (Recommended for action on January 6, 2005)
    3. Report Recommending Sixth Grade at Westerly Creek Elementary School - The Board of Education will receive a staff report recommending that Westerly Creek Elementary School be allowed to serve students in grades six for the 2005-2006 school year only. (Recommended for action on December 16, 2004)
    4. Revitalization Plan for Brown Elementary School - The Board of Education will receive a report recommending that the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program be implemented at Brown Elementary School beginning in the 2005-2006 school year. (Recommended for action on December 16, 2004)
    5. 2005-2006 Denver Public Schools Calendar - The Board of Education will receive the recommended 2005-2006 Denver Public School Traditional and Continuous-Year Calendars. (Recommended for action on December 16, 2004)

Revitalization Plan for Montclair Elementary School (VI-A) - The Board of Education will receive a report recommending that the Early High-Strides and School-wide Enrichment Models be implemented at Montclair Elementary School beginning in the 2005-2006 school year. Revitalization Plan for Hill Middle School (VI-B) - The Board of Education will receive a report recommending that Hill Middle School become the Campus of Arts and Sciences with a focus on technology and an expansive arts electives program beginning in the 2005-2006 school year.
