1. Motion to approve the Personnel Transaction Report (IV-B-1a) - This report contains information regarding employee activity such as appointments, resignations, and transfers.
2. Motion to approve the Independent Contract Services Agreement with JAT Consulting (IV-B-1b) - The Board of Education will approve the Independent Contract Services Agreement with JAT Consulting for the purpose of implementing the Lawson 8.0 System upgrade.
3. Motion to approve the Independent Contract Services Agreement with Unica Solutions (IV-B-1c) - The Board of Education will approve the Independent Contract Services Agreement with Unica Solutions for the purpose of implementing the Lawson SEA application.
4. Review and Action on Superintendent’s Recommendation in a Teacher Dismissal (IV-B-1d)

1. Final Settlements (IV-B-2a) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Final Settlements for contracted services.
2. Architect Selection (IV-B-2b) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Architect Selection for the new Montbello K-8 School project.
3. Architect Selection (IV-B-2c) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Architect Selection for the new Green Valley Ranch K-8 School project.
4. Architect Selection (IV-B-2d) - The Board of Education will be asked to approve the Architect Selection for the new Stapleton Bus Terminal project.

1. Resolution Designating Eligible Public Depositories (IV-C-1a) - To update the list of eligible banks and savings institutions, as determined by the State Division of Banking and State Division of Financial Services, in which the school district and schools can deposit their funds.

1. Resolution - Equal Educational Opportunity (IV-D-1) - The Board of Education affirms its commitment to English Language Learners to provide and maintain appropriate educational programs and services to help them overcome language barriers that impede participation in the instructional program.

5. Denver Public Schools Retirement System

1. Motion to Approve the Merger Agreement between PERA, DPSRS, and School District No. 1 (IV-E-1) - The Board of Education will act to authorize the merger agreement between the Public Employees Retirement Association, Denver Public Schools Retirement System, and School District No. 1.

1. Statement of Revenue Allocations, Appropriations, Commitments and Expenditures for the Period July 1, 2003, to November 30, 2003 (VI-A-1a) - To provide a status report of year-to-date revenues, expenditures, and inter-fund transfers for each fund as compared to the current-year budget and as compared to the year-to-date totals for the prior year.

2. Educational Services

1. Pupil Assignment Plan: New Green Valley Ranch/Montbello Charter School (VI-B-1) - The Board will review the proposed plan for assigning students to the new Green Valley Ranch/Montbello Charter School.
2. English Language Acquisition Program (VI-B-2) - The Board will hear a summary of the December report and be updated on the current program status.
